ORDERING & DELIVERY

Orders should be placed online and paid for using credit or debit card via the Paypal secure payment portal. We are happy to discuss your requirements and answer any queries over the telephone but orders must be placed and paid for via the website.

Items will normally be delivered within 10 working days.

Items will be posted via recorded or special delivery and a signature will be required. If you are not at home a card will be left so that you can rearrange your delivery or pick up your package from your local collection office.

 Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per item.

RETURNS

You must notify us by e-mail of any item you wish to return within 7 days of delivery and ensure it is delivered back to us within 2 weeks. Items must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. It is at the discretion of Treasured Tiaras whether the items have been damaged in any way and are still in a saleable condition. Please note that items that have obviously been worn or used for hair trials will not be refunded. Postage is not reimbursable.

 Any item that arrives to you damaged in any way will be replaced at our expense and we will cover the cost of postage both ways but you must advise us by e-mail of the damage within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
